I have had contact with a potential positive covid case. i have been displaying the same symptoms as when i had covid in july. (sore throat, burning chest, nausea, runny tummy) should i go for a test?

Yes: There have been some cases reported where people have gotten I'll twice with Covid. Most people develop long term antibody protection, but that number is not 100%. Therefors. if you have had exposure, get a test. If negative, may want influenza test as well as symptoms are very similar and there is treatment available for influenza if started early in course of illness. Put mind at ease -get test.
