If the skin on the outside of your ear is the problem, I wuld see a dermatologist. However, if the problem is deep inside your ear, you might see an ENT, esp if your hearing is affected.

An itchy ear can result from a skin problem, ear infection, or referral from another part of the body. I would start by speaking to your primary care doctor
