I do get a droopy face on my left side on a regular basis but not the jaw pain. it's become unbearable. please help?

Sounds like Bells Palsy - this is a viral infection that can leave your face that way permanently, but with physical and occupational therapy can improve over time. No one is certain why it occurs, but it may be caused by herpes simplex, a virus that causes cold sores, which can be treated with Acyclovir or Valcyclovir.

You should see an otologist if your issue persists - some patients need high-dose steroids and a small percentage require surgery.
