Feeling symptoms in my shoulder and neck! i went to urgent care and said no sign of visible lumps or swollen lymph nodes... neck still feels tight...feel little like fluid sac by shoulder and have a discomfort when swallowing on that side?

Shoulder and neck symptoms certainly sounds like cervical neuropathy - irritation or compression of the nerve coming out of your neck. HOWEVER, discomfort on the same side when your swallowing sounds more like something in your esophagus. If gone in 2-3 days, would probably not pursue further. However, if there for several weeks (or months) would probably follow-up with an ENT doctor (first)
