Permanent teeth begin erupting at 6-7 and it takes until late teens/early 20's for all 32 permanent teeth to erupt. Your child should already be seeing (no later than 1st b'day) a General Dentist or preferably a dent-facial growth and development specialist, a Pedodontist. Your child has had a traumatic injury. Take him/her for an examination/x-rays.
