You need to be followed by a Urologist. Ureteral stones generally don’t do any harm unless they obstruct urine outflow from the kidney. This can lead to loss of kidney function. Are generally VERY painful when they obstruct but not always. Infrequently, can get obstruction (and damage) without pain. Need to see a Urologist
