Colon cancer is not common in 34 years, but not impossible. Colon cancer does not often cause an urgency to go to the bathroom. Most often colon cancer has no symptoms. When it reaches an advanced stage it can cause anemia or bloody or black stool and abdominal pain. At the age of 45 for most people should get a colonoscopy.
