There is no anatomic connection between tendons or muscles in the groin and the urinary tract. These probably are symptoms of entirely separate medical problems. The groin pain probably isn't serious, e.g. minor trauma if you "pulled something". But blood in the urine always needs professional medical attention. See a doctor soon. Good luck.

Blood in the urine can be from infection, stones, inflammation of kidney,, growths in the urinary tract, certain medications, injury to the urinary tract or kidneys. Could you have injured your urinary bladder or do you have a bladder infection which is more likely?. Your MD or a urologist can evaluate you & order appropriate tests including a culture &.colony count to check for infection.
