My lower back was extremely sore a few weeks ago after training in the swimming pool. for 2 weeks, i took short walks but didn't swim or exercise. the pain doesn't go away and remains at the same level. i cannot bear flexions or tilts of any kind?

You may take acetaminophen for the pain, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. Keep up your physical activity as tolerated. If you can exercise, any exercise, that leads to mild sweating, it will strengthen the muscle and improve flexibility. Drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
