I have a very itchy vagina for about 3 weeks and it gets sore. there is no discharge but i do that my period so it makes it hard to tell. i have a history of yeast infections. i would like an antibiotic or some treatment (tried topical cream). ?

Sounds like another yeast infection. If standard "azole" works (miconazole, clotrimazole, and many more) but symptoms quickly return, talk to your doctor about periodic treatment (e.g. weekly or monthly) with fluconazole by mouth. About 10% of yeast infections are caused by types resistant to the azoles and may need other treament by prescription. Stop self treating via pharmacy; see a doctor.
