Sounds like another yeast infection. If standard "azole" works (miconazole, clotrimazole, and many more) but symptoms quickly return, talk to your doctor about periodic treatment (e.g. weekly or monthly) with fluconazole by mouth. About 10% of yeast infections are caused by types resistant to the azoles and may need other treament by prescription. Stop self treating via pharmacy; see a doctor.
