I have a watery vaginal discharge and inside of my vagina near the opening has some whitish cream. it is not itchy would this be a yeast infection?

Possible yeast infec: It sounds like it could be a yeast infection or another vaginal infection that will need treatment. There are over-the-counter treatments for yeast infection so give those a try and if it doesn't work see your doctor next week.
