Oral thrush...: The white changes on your tongue could be due to oral thrush. There are many things that can cause this besides HIV-like inhaled steroids, antibiotic use, etc. First, see your doctor and see if you have oral thrush and, if you do, get it treated. Then, your doctor can figure out why you have oral thrush. HIV can cause it but there are also other possibilities. Good luck to you!
