M 26, ecg is non specific st t waves sinus bradycardia, 57 bpm. doctor interprets it as normal. is 3 beats below 60 bpm a bad sign? or is slight bradycardia common for someone my age?

Mild sinus bradycardia is common, and not to be concerned. A number of athletes are found to have the same as well.

Your doctor can assess this by routine exam, including a check of your heart rate at rest and after a brief brisk walk back and forth in his/her office. If the heart rate increases appropriately after the walking, the slightly low heart rate at rest is not a significant abnormality.
