Have mildly high liver enzymes, abdominal pain, unusual constipation for 3 week. also neck pain, chest pain, arm/hand numbness for 2 months. ekg normal and no hepatitis or mono. chest x-ray normal. having colonoscopy and mri soon. what could be wrong?

Symptoms : There are many things that may explain your symptoms and more information is needed. The key, if the symptoms are connected is numbness and constipation. That implies that there may be an effect on the nervous system. What can this be here is a small list amyloidosis, lyme, HIV, SLE, lead toxicity

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
