Neck pain: It is very unlikely at your age for chest pain to be related to your heart, especially with a normal workup. If you have been weight training, you may have muscle strain in the neck and chest. Are you anxious? Some folks get chest pain and it is due to panic attacks that come unexpectantly. If that could be the case, see your doctor. Take Ibuprofen 400mg 3x/day with food for muscle strain.
