Hospital 4 chest pain.ekg & scans normal. blood says liver enzymes high but are going back diwn &electrlyts diwn. what is wrong? what other tests?

Look Down: Get your gallbladder checked out. Start with an ultrasound. Consider ct of the abdomen which might show other things like a hiatus hernia. You might have passed a small gallstone which could have provoked some pancreatitis as well.

Chest pain: Too complex question to answer. Liver enzyme elevation indicates either you have a liver or gall bladder problem. I cannot understand why your electrolytes or down. We are missing something. Get back to your doctor for help.
