What does severe stress do to a fetus when 30 weeks pregnant?

Severe Stress: Acute Stress may lead to high blood pressure during pregnancy. This puts you at risk of a serious high blood pressure condition called preeclampsia, premature birth and having a low-birthweight infant. Chronic stress could also cause problems for your baby. These can include effects on your unborn baby's growth length, development and behavioral issues.
