Yes: There are several pain management centers. Good ones have a multidisciplinary approach, and may include providers from orthopedics, interventional radiology, psychiatry, and specialist in pain management.Some people may not be surgical candidates or respond to epidurals etc, and simply need medication. Signed contracts, random urine testing may be required, but do not be offended if you need tx.
