What does endometrium appeared polypoidal mean? also biopsy result said mucus with inflammatory cells and scanty strips of glandular epithelium? (insufficient for accurate assessment) they will repeat this at ablation. should i be worried?

Endometrial polyps ?: Endometrial polyps are common and usually benign. A "d&c" which is reported as "scant glandular endometrium" is a benign pathological condition. A repeat "d&c after ablation" is usually not going to produce different results. You might want to discuss low dose oral bcp's with your gyn or get a second opinion, as the bcp's stop all ovarian hormones, and can ease transition to menopause.
