My right arm started feeling really heavy and i noticed shortly after that my blood pressure dropped 30 bpm below my normal heart rate. could that be related because i don't feel so well?

Low heart rate?: Your question is not clear. You meant your heart rate had dropped 30 beats below your normal heart rate, is it correct? If it is correct, you need to see a doctor although you are still young but we have to rule out symptomatic bradycardia.
