My granddaughter is having really terrible neck pain, she can't move her head? I have a heating pad on her and have given her Advil (ibuprofen)
I sneezed and since then, I've lost a lot of range of motion in my neck. It hurts in my neck/back to move it very much. I've been heating/ibuprofen.
I've been having back pain on the right side for almost two weeks now, I haven't fell or anything like that. It is sharp and when I turn left or right it hurts more, I've been taking Tylenol an Motrin and ice pack an a heating pad what else can I do.
