Try naproxen: Some NSAID's work better than others in any given patient. So try naproxen or acetominophen (which is technically not a NSAID) or other OTC pain meds. If you have surgically diagnosed endometriosis see your gynecologist about specific medical treatments like lupron, danazol or Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone).
