I have a hard lump on the right side of my throat under a mole that is about the size of a half dollar very hard to the touch doesnt move and is painful for more than two weeks with heat/cold and ibuprofen not helping what could it be ?

Throat pain: Lump on throat could be associated with a lymph node, sub mandibular gland, thyroid nodule, cyst(sebaceous for example), problems with muscle, or perhaps a skin tumor.
