Post BTL ?'s: Although tubal removal or cauterization is generally near 100% effective contraception, it is possible that such will fail, so obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. Stress (emotional, Covid related, financial) can cause delay in ovulation, which will delay onset of menses. See your gyn physician for an exam and other testing.
