Menses irreg with BF: Menses can be irregular with breast feeding, and it is not unusual to skip several months, and in some situations, until you stop breast feeding. It is possible that the current cramping you are experiencing are premenstrual cramps, or could be related to something else. If very uncomfortable, please get it checked out as it could be pelvic infection, bladder infection or gi related.
