Is it possible for vaginal swab to miss chlamydia infection, but urine test to pick up detection?

Possible, unlikely: This is possible, but uncommon. In general the opposite is true: infection detected by swab and missed by urine testing. But this could happen on rare occasions. If either one is positive, you are infected for sure; you and your sex partner(s) need to be treated.
