Odds of chronic undetected chlamydia infection in 20yr monogamous marriage? wife has tested neg 3times (during pregnancy) could it go undetected and "pop" in our relationship? are we in the clear for the future with all neg test over the past years?

Chlamydia rarely persists in women more than a year, or in men a few months. And the standard tests are very reliable; with 3 negative results you can be sure your wife doesn't have it. But if you have had any other sex partners in the past year or so, you should also be tested to be certain.
