Get tested asap: You need to see your doctor asap. You're showing symptoms of autonomic dysfunction. Most times this is due to underlying diseases such as diabetes. Depending on initial evaluation, you may need to see a cardiologist and a gastroenterologist.

If your blood pressure is high each time it is checked, it needs further evaluation, testing., and possibly medications. I do not know what you mean by “collapse”, but this adds urgency to the situation. Please get a complete evaluation by your doctor. You should get this done soon so that a proper diagnosis can be made and appropriate treatment planned if indicated. Do not delay.
