Although bowel habits vary considerably between individuals, excess fiber can cause "bloating", so add more water while reducing fiber slightly to modify bloating. Age "51" is a little early for true menopause, but ovulation is delayed in late 40's-early 50's, hence lack of periods. Ask your physician about acquired lactose deficiency, which can also cause bloating.
