A member asked:

Is there any brain scan that can reveal why all psychology drugs don't work on me at all with no side effects at all ?

3 doctors weighed in across 2 answers

Nope: Scans allow one to look at anatomic features and a PET scan can detect activity. Neither would explain the genetic differences in metabolism that would explain why some meds work for some & not others.

Brain Scan for MEDS: There are no Brain scans that can determine it , can do a Genesight Test.It runs genomic makeup with all Psychotropic meds to see enzyme deficiencies as certain meds may not work that effectively. It seems you are having struggle with partial or poor response to meds i would encourage talk to your doctor for that test.I've been utilizing that over last 10 years Game changer All the best
