No risk, no worry: It is an old wives' tale that cool temperatures are a health risk. In fact, there is no increased risk for any health problem. If you're comfortable at a particular temperature, it's nothing to worry about. The main problem comes in personal relationships, i.e. people who live together and must negotiate different temperature comfort. But that's all.
