Ct scan w contrast showed my stomach is collapsed, and there appears to be diffuse gastric thickening and as some stranding adjacent to the distal stomach, as well surrounding indistictness of the perigastric fat and some fluid, what does this mean?

EGD needed: I do not know your symptoms but CT findings indicate that you should see a gastroenterologist, take the scan with you so they can make decision regarding best way to diagnose and relieve your symptoms.
