Swollen Feet: Swelling of the feet can be attributed to a number of different factors, some serious. This is not something that should be ignored. Please have your wife evaluated by a local physician.

Need to examine: If your wife has ulcerative colitis, as the medication indicates, the edema may reflect low serum proteins/malnutrition. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining her. It is imperative that you see a doctor to make sure that she has adequate nutrition. Wish you and your wife good health!
