Age 16 with anxiety. ive been getting random episodes of dizziness since the start of the last month. it all started on new years where i got super dizzy. i only feel i get lightheaded or some sort of weight when i look up. this is off and on?

Paroxysmal vertigo: Rather than attempt a speculative approach, suggest you contact an otolaryngologist, who can do audiological/ otological testing to determine etiology of your dizziness. Get this checked out.
