It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Possibly these represent neuralgic stimulation of nerves over scalp, and the most frequent source of such symptoms involves the Greater and Lesser Occipital Nerves of Arnold. Such symptoms tend to be self-limited and benign, but not invariably, so, notify your doctor and discuss options, including injections.
