When i get my periods i need ice and cold. no one i know is like that. they use heating pads, i scream in pain. don't cramps contract with heat, why am i different? is this normal?

Pain relief with ice: This is good that your pain is relieved by ice. Each person has different pain. Many persons get relief by heat. Some persons may not get any pain with periods. Please continue to use ice if it helps.
