Very painful periods for few months now. pain relievers, heating pads dont help. clots every period for a few days. some really big. last u/s normal?

See a doctor: Follow up with your doctor. Are you on birth control? This can lighten the period. Also their are other medications that can help with this. In the meantime, start NSAID pain relievers such as Ibuprofen every 6 hours prior to when you are supposed to get your period and take it through the period.
