Keep isolated : It sounds like it maybe COVID 19, but can be several other things. Keep isolated. Even though COVID 19 and other viruses are not treated with antibiotics , after 10 days or worsening congestion a bacterial infection can superimpose on the stagnating fluids. After this transformation, an antibiotic may be needed
