I have this weird res rash spreading across my left shoulder. its red and raw but not itchy or painful at all. it feels really sensitive like i can actually touch my nerves on my shoulders. what could it be? what can i try to get it to heal?

Rash : There are several things that this can be and needs to be seen to evaluate it. If this is early in its progression the rash (less than 2 days) I suggest it can be herpes zoster.

Rash: This may be shingles,especially if it was preceded by some discomfort for a few days. Caused by herpes zoster, it can be treated. A physician will have to examine you for definitive diagnosis and treatment prescribed if it's shingles.
