Chest pain: I can't be sure, but this seems like an emergency. There are many reasons for this, but if I spoke to her over the phone, and therefore would be able to get vital signs there is a good chance I would say go to the emergency room.

Depends : In young, otherwise healthy- anxiety In older with many other illnesses- heart or lung disease. Could be serious Can’t help further on this type of forum. Sorry
