Dry: It could mean that your bedroom is too dry and/or hot. Some postnatal drip could trigger cough and sneezing. A humidifier in your bedroom and applying a tiny amount of white Vaseline to your nasal membranes at bedtime may help. Remove dust collectors. If nocturnal coughing is severe, a type of asthma could be present. See otolaryngologist as needed.
