Recent Mono: Test indicates you have had EB virus infection recently. If you have it “now” primarily depends on how you feel. Feeling better = going away. Still feeling poorly = ongoing infection. On a practical basis, doesn’t make much difference (unless you’re planning to get an organ transplant
