Diagnosis of Epstein Barr virus (EBV) infections is quite complex, and you should discuss these results with the doctor who ordered the tests. But these results suggest that you had an EBV infection in the past and that it isn't causing your current symptoms, whatever they are. I doubt you currently have mononucleosis due to EBV. The same results would be found in most healthy adults.
