These results show past infection with Epstein Barr virus (EBV, the cause of infectious mononucleosis), which therefore is not the cause of any symptoms you have. However, it appears you may be a recently acquired CMV infection, which can cause similar symptoms such as fever and enlarged lymph nodes. Keep working with your doctor, or ask for referral to an infectious diseases specialist.
