Safe drug.: What you describe is a very low dose. I doubt if it will help inflammation. This medicine is used for addiction. I would ask your PCP about the use and side effects of naltrexone.

COVID 19 Naltrexone: Lets see what the Beaumont Health of Michigan study shows. The idea is that low dose Naltrexone may reduce production of some cytokines invery sick patients. I am not sure that I want to guess about such things, but would rather wait until the data comes out.
