I was placed on prednisone for severe brain fog that came with post covid and it all cleared up back after off. inflammation cause? im back on 10 mg which helps. is there a good way to taper off of this dose?

COVID 19: If your post COVID 19 symptoms were serious enough that you needed to be placed on prednisone, than you really need to be following up with the treating provider. You are asking for us to provide medical guidance but we aren't the doctors managing your care. Hope all of your symptoms resolve quickly.
