I have a chronic radial thrombosis as a result of trauma. i have been placed on ecotrin and have been on it for almost 3 months and am starting to have nosebleeds. can ecotrin cause nosebleeds and is it dangerous?

Can cause bleeding.: Ecotrin's active ingredient is aspirin, an antiplatelet drug which can cause bleeding. However, nosebleeds merit an exam by an ear, nose and throat specialist, and the radial thrombosis merits an exam by a vascular specialist.
