Best to avoid...: Not uncommon to have sleep problems during pregnancy due to the mechanics of physical changes that occur in pregnancy. A chat with the Ob/Gyn will provide suggestions to help. But in general best to avoid new/additional medications (including sleep meds) during pregnancy
