Does yolk sacs need to be perfectly round to be consider regular? my doctor said that my yolk sac wasn't perfectly circular, but circular enough. i'm still worried. i'm 7 weeks pregnant?

Yolk sac at 7w ?: If your pregnancy is confirmed to be at "7 weeks", and ultrasound revealed only a yolk sac, it is usual at seven weeks to see active fetal heart activity. A repeat ultrasound in another 7-10 days should define the course of this pregnancy.
