I'm seven week pregnant, my sac is 23 mm but still no heart beat is heared , my doctor says i may hv a curtage. is that truely upnormal ?

At 7 weeks should: Be able to see a htbeat , to be sure u can repeat the us in 7 days to confirm and then if it is not viable it needs to come out either with medication or d;c or sometimes a combination of both.
